Rev. Kanai shared the life of Nichiren Shonin using cartoons made from a temple in Japan. He was a warm presenter in both English and Japanese. The first picture is of Nichiren chanting NAMU MYOHO RENGE KYO for the first time on April 28, 1253 to the rising sun. The second cartoon is of Nichiren being almost beheaded at Tatsunokuchi at midnight on September 12, 1271.
